This Office has been advised by the Japanese Postal Administration that our dispatch of closed mails from Manila to Nagaski, Japan, on July 29, 1916, (Dispatch No. 86), by the s.8. "YUENŠANG", via Hongkong, consisting of two bags of ordinary mail and seventy-nine registered artioles, was opened while in transit through Hongkong and that the following articles included therein are being held by the British Censor at Hongkong:
